Founded in 2019 in Athens, Greece, Area QS (or our company) specializes in providing Quantity Surveying and Cost Engineering consulting services. We support all contractual and financial aspects of diverse construction projects throughout all phases, including Pre-Construction, Construction, and Post-Construction, from the initial planning stage to the project completion.

Through detailed quantity take-offs, participation in the value engineering procedure and cost estimation in the planning (or design) phase, preparation of the tender documents, evaluation and reporting on the tenders’ offers, along with thorough cost monitoring during construction including preparation of interim payments and claims management and regular drafting of cost reports, our consistent goal is to ensure successful project completions within the specified budgets while maintaining an unwavering commitment to our set quality standards and rules of our professional practice.

Our services are addressed to a wide range of professionals in the construction industry, including property Developers, Investors, Project managers, Architects, Engineers from various disciplines (civil engineering, M&E engineering etc.) and Contractors.

Since its establishment in 2019, our company has provided exceptional services to over 20 clients for more than 45 construction projects in Greece.

As from the beginning of 2023 the company expanded (extended) its business activities (scope) offering Project Management Services for small and medium scale projects.
